Mail the other copy to American Legion Post 28 (Attn:&nbsp; Membership), 17934 Liming Ln. Triangle, VA 22172, together with your dues payment. (Dues are $40).&nbsp; Applications are also available at the Post.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copy of DD214 or Discharge papers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Membership Dues Payment method (amount shown on application). Make checks payable American Legion Post 28.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the information is correct, membership will be approved and then a membership card will be mailed to you.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please see eligibility dates below.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Membership dues payment, if current year dues are not paid. S.
